Privacy Policy

Who we are

Cellestio is a permanent internet monument. Players buy cells on a shared galaxy grid — each cell is yours forever, branded with your identity, and recorded in the hall of fame for as long as the site exists. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at conquer@cellestio.com.

Service availability

We intend to keep Cellestio running for as long as possible, but we cannot guarantee the site will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to shut down or modify the service at any time. By purchasing cells or joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that Cellestio is provided as-is, and we are not liable for any loss of access, data, or purchased content in the event the service is discontinued.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect two things only: your email address, and the date and time you signed up. That is everything. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address for one purpose: to send you a single notification when Cellestio launches. We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, or anything else. One email, then we’re done.

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service operated by Google. Data may be stored on servers within the European Economic Area or the United States. Google’s infrastructure is subject to its own privacy and security standards.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties for any purpose.

Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies and no tracking of any kind. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting. Two infrastructure providers may log basic request data such as IP addresses and page requests for security and performance purposes — this is standard infrastructure logging and neither provider sells your data. Cloudflare acts as our network proxy and processes traffic before it reaches our servers. Vercel hosts the site and may log request data at the server level. Both are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Your rights under UK GDPR

If you are based in the UK, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or request that we delete it entirely. To exercise any of these rights, simply email conquer@cellestio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address only until the launch notification has been sent. Once that email goes out, your data is deleted from our database. If Cellestio does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of this policy date.
